Problem with this song is that it’s getting used EVERYWHERE right now because it is such a beautiful power song, after I saw the show in October it’s taken all of self control not to do a bunch of songs from it.

In the song, Zoe expresses her true feelings about her deceased brother, Connor. She states that she will not mourn his death. I read the synopsis and discovered that the reasoning behind this is because he was an abusive brother. This is a moving and powerful song that will knock that socks off any director. It has a few high notes, but it singable. I have not personally used this for an audition simply because I haven’t had the opportunity, so I don’t have any evidence of its magical powers, but I encourage any ambitious, young singers out there to try this out.
