One production I did, the big, thick curtains got caught and tore. No problem, the dance group of 7 girls sat down and stiched it back up in 15-20 minutes. Thank goodness it was a rehearsal!

The show must go on, regardless of what happens. My husband’s in theater, and he popped a suspender mid-dance … just keep going. Someone gets a migraine, plow on through it. We’ve had a leading man who got the flu during the performance and he’d deliver his lines, go backstage and vomit, and be back in time for his next line.

Ahh the ripped costume the bottom of my skirt ripped on the way up the stairs from the dressing room as I was going to get in place for the next scene and I literally just turned my skirt so you couldn’t see it and then safety pinned it together when I got back downstairs
