This year, my middle school is doing The Lion King, and I am in the ensemble/lioness ensemble. It is so fun! I am very happy that the ensembles that I am in are in all but 2 songs (Be Prepared and Luau Hawaiian Treat). I wanted Adult Nala so bad, but I didn’t get her. I was devastated. Then, I remembered that I was in sixth grade, this was my first real musical (I’ve been in many plays) and that I would have been better for a role such as Zazu (I can do a great voice for him), Timon (great voice as well), Shenzi (great voice), or Young Nala. So far, the show is such a fun experience!
