He was in early stages of heart failure whilst we were putting on the show, because of his health and because we didn’t know when surgery would be he played a chorus part and was determined to make every show. He loved every minute and no day but today became his anthem. He would sing it just to get by. And after surgery when we all came together for our next show beforehand we all sang seasons of love and he belted out the solo. It remains his favourite musical. Though closely followed by wicked!

It’s an incredibly unique group of varied individuals who come from different places and walks of life, but somehow come together to celebrate life as they weather some serious ups and downs. I love stories like that.
