The New YouTube Musical Theatre Channel You Need to Watch Now

There’s a new YouTube music channel that brings to life your favorite Broadway, movie, and TV show hit songs, and it’s a channel you’ll want to check out.  In Real Life is a brand new channel that performs live-action versions of songs from Broadway and movies.  Their first video, “Catwoman Sings “Macavity” from Cats” is the ultimate Cat Crossover Event: what if Catwoman sang “Macavity” from Cats, backed by her cat gang of professional dancers, on a rooftop, natch, in Gotham City?

The channel has big plans for what videos are coming next: a wide range of musical theatre and movie songs, including more crossovers and collaborations.

Best of all, this YouTube channel recruits (and pays) professional musical theatre performers to perform in their videos.  To be considered for their next video, send an email to irlbusiness@tutanota.com for audition and submission information.

They also take song requests, so if there is a musical theatre song you are dying to see brought to life, let them know in the video comments.  Subscribe, like, and share with your friends.  If you hit the notification bell, you will be alerted when the next hit Broadway music video is out!  And perhaps that video could even co-star you if you are a musical theatre performer!
