					<description><![CDATA[Contrary to the old advice that cheese and chocolate are not good for your voice, I actually find that if my throat is ever feeling at all scratchy, rough or tickely (due to colds etc) then those are the things that really help keep things smooth and lubricated! (As well as plenty of fluids, obvs!) Maybe it&#039;s just me but unless I&#039;m super gloopy then I don&#039;t avoid these things and I&#039;ve always been just fine! Also, don&#039;t know if you can get them outside the UK but Proctor&#039;s Pastilles are FAB!]]></description>
